Savory Roasted Potatoes are roasted potatoes with flavor intensifiers Taco Seasoning, Montreal Steak Seasoning and Garlic Powder. Leftovers are wonderful reheated in a frying pan in a little butter or olive oil. Savor the flavor!
Wash potatoes and peel them, if desired. (I like the skin on!)
Cut potatoes into cubes and place in a large bowl. Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, taco seasoning and Montreal steak seasoning until well-coated.
Spread the potatoes out on a large baking sheet that has been greased or sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Note: You may wish to add more or less of the spices as your taste dictates.
