This is an unusual method of preparing green beans, with red wine vinegar and olive oil adding delicious flavor to this vegetable dish.

Place green beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
Place green beans in an 11"x7"x2" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with onion and garlic. Drizzle with vinegar and oil; toss to coat.
Bake green beans, uncovered, at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Stir; bake 5 minutes longer.
