This salad has many layers of flavor with mandarin oranges, green onions, toasted almonds, crumbled crisp bacon, romaine and iceberg lettuce and tossed with a homemade white wine vinegar dressing. Red onions may be used instead of green onions for a slightly different taste. Try using baby spinach or spring mix for a change from romaine and iceberg.  Great to serve to company!

    Romaine Lettuce
  • 5 Cups
    Iceberg Lettuce
