Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are dipped in melted butter then breaded in a mixture of panko and Parmesan cheese spiced with paprika and baked.
Combine Panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings in a bowl.
Dip chicken breasts in melted butter then roll the breasts in crumb mixture. Place in 8" or 9" baking dish. Pour any remaining butter over the breaded chicken breasts.
Bake Panko Parmesan Chicken at 400 degrees F. for 35 minutes, until browned and crispy.
