Kidney Bean Relish is great spread on Ritz crackers!  This recipe is quick and easy to make with ingredients you probably have in your pantry and refrigerator!

 


Ingredients

  • 1(15.5 oz.) can
    Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 medium
    Onion, finely minced
  • 1
    Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 Cup
    Mayonnaise
  • Dash
    Dry Mustard
  • Dash
    Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon
    White Horseradish
  • 1/4 Cup
    Sweet Relish
  • To Taste
    Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Pat dry on a paper towel.

  2. Chop onions and garlic finely, as in a mini food processor.

  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.

  4. Chill Kidney Bean Relish for several hours before serving. Serve with Ritz crackers or crackers of your choice.
