More flavor may be added by adding chopped onions, chopped mild green chilies, and/or chopped pimentos to the mixture or by adding cooked crumbled bacon and/or grated cheese to top off the Corn Pudding after it’s baked. Cream or evaporated milk may be used in place of Half ‘n Half.
