This is one of my very favorite chicken recipes – good enough to serve to company with some cranberry sauce and a vegetable or salad.

Ingredients

  • 4
    Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 4 Slices
    Swiss Cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can
    Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 Cup
    Dry White Wine
  • 1 Cup
    Herb-seasoned Stuffing Mix, crushed
  • 1/4 Cup
    Butter, melted
  • 1/4 Cup
    Almonds, sliced

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased baking dish. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss Cheese.

  2. Combine cream of chicken soup with wine; stir well. Spoon evenly over chicken.

  3. Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle around chicken breasts.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-55 minutes.
