These meatballs are both tasty and appealing to the eye – make them smaller for cocktail meatballs!
Note: The last 3 ingredients are for the sauce to be poured over the meatballs prior to baking.
For Cranberry Meatballs: Mix together ground beef, cooked rice, ketchup, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Form into walnut-sized meatballs. Place in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
Combine whole cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice and pour mixture over the meatballs.
Bake Cranberry Meatballs at 350 degrees F. for 30-40 minutes, until meat is done. Makes 24 meatballs.
