A delicious whole wheat bread accented with golden raisins, cinnamon and ginger. This recipe uses a bread machine’s “Dough” cycle. When the dough cycle is completed, the dough is removed from the bread pan and shaped into loaves. The loaves are allowed to rise and then they are baked at 350°F. for 35-40 minutes.
