Wonton wrappers placed in muffin tins are filled with a barbequed beef mixture and topped with Cheddar cheese and then baked until cheese has melted and wontons have browned.
Grease muffin tins or spray with non-stick spray. Place 2 wonton wrappers in each tin, overlapping to ensure the bottom of the tin is completely covered.
Brown beef and onions in a skillet until beef is completely cooked. Add seasonings and BBQ sauce; simmer until heated through.
Spoon BBQ-beef mixture into each well of muffin tin.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each cup.
Bake Cheesy BBQ Beef Wonton Cups at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and wontons are browned. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
